Dr. Chandrasekhar Panda
Partner, Riyadh, McKinsey and Company

Chandra leads the firm’s work in technology modernization, cost optimization, and value assurance in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for McKinsey Digital. He brings a decade of diversified experience in innovation and technology-enabled transformations and driving the digital agenda of leading financial and public-sectors institutions across the region. He has a successful track record in managing technology transformations and has been instrumental in setting up new digital business ventures, improving clients’ technology ecosystems, and driving large-scale modernization programs.

Before joining McKinsey, he worked in different leadership roles at Capgemini, IBM, and Citigroup, and drove multiple engagements on various technology-related topics. He holds a masters in innovation strategy from Copenhagen Business School and a master’s in digital technology leadership from the Indian School of Business. Chandra also holds two patents on emerging payment systems and multiple industry certifications from the Open Group, IBM, Microsoft, Google, Amazon Web Services, VMware, SAP, Hewlett Packard, and more.

Mr. Sunil Sabat
Principal Program Manager, Microsoft Azure Data Group

Sunil has worked in various roles in the hardware and software industry, with expertise in a broad spectrum of technologies, including all cloud platforms, enterprise solutions, and open source. He is currently a Principal Program Manager at Microsoft Azure Data group focused on customer success and adoption of highly scalable and secure data integration products. Sunil holds advanced degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, as well as an MBA in Marketing and Finance. He has also earned certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Google, Nvidia, Salesforce, IBM, and CompTIA. He has a Software Security Certificate from Stanford University. Sunil has presented at several conferences like IEEE, CompEuro, co-authored an IBM Software Redbook, and spoken at IBM IOD and Intel IPDT events. He has also participated in the DeveloperWeek 2024 Hackathon on Generative AI. He has advised courses in Product Innovation and Business Analytics at the Leavey School of Business of Santa Clara University. Sunil had passed Microsoft DP-600 Analytics Engineer examination in 2024. He recently passed Microsoft Data Engineer DP-700, NVIDIA GENAI LLM and Databricks Data Analyst examinations to solidify his role as trusted AI adviser and solution builder for customers, communities and governments around the world.
